Immediate opening for DRAFTING / PROGRAMMER with experience in construction
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Pay range: $25.00 – $28.00 / hourly based on experience

Shift: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm (Fridays as needed) + Overtime Opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years previous experience as a programmer
- AutoCad/CAM Software or the strong willingness to learn – on the job training provided.
- Use of Microsoft, PDF’s and DXF’s.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Safely following all OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication & problem solving skills.
- Experience in the countertop industry a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review PDF cut sheets and DXF files for fabrication preparation
- Evaluate stock for material layout
- Program DXF to Alphacam software for fabrication
- Communicate with Sales Staff to facilitate layouts
- Read construction drawings to assist with field measure
- Assist with jobsite Field Measure
- Read cabinet and architectural drawings
- Use automated measuring tools & tape measure to gather dimensions to be converted to dxf files o Communicate with Clients, Contractors and Sales Staff o Work independently

FT Granite Installer
Seeking a self-motivated individual to bring an experienced skill-set our installation teams. This position begins the day at our busy St. Cloud Headquarters and installs Granite, Marble and Quartz Countertops working throughout the State of Minnesota.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Assists in loading trucks, tools and supplies
- Safe operation of the Hand Tools and Electric Equipment including fabrication, leveling, sink installation, hole drilling and hand polishing equipment
- Application of solvents, epoxies and sealants
- Following procedures for sorting, racking, processing and labeling returning pieces
- Maintains a clean and tidy work space and takes responsibility for clean up at time of departure
- Positive interaction with homeowners, customers, contractors, cabinet makers, and other on-site contractors
Requirements:
- 1-3 Years Carpentry or related Field Experience
- Full-time first shift availability
- Reliability, attention to detail and time management are desired traits for this position.
- Valid MN Drivers License / CDL Preferred

FT Granite Fabrication
Now seeking applicants to fill various Shop Positions at our busy St. Cloud Fabrication Facility. Reliability and pride in Workmanship are desired traits for these critical roles in Custom Countertop production
Duties including but not limited to:
- Hand Polishing of Kitchen, Vanities and Backsplash Pieces of all sizes
- Safe operation of the Bridge Saw, and electric FLEX Polishing Tools
- Comfortable handling of a variety of materials including- Granite, Marble, Soapstone, Quartzite and Engineered Quartz
- Application of solvents, epoxies and sealants
- Following procedures for sorting, racking, processing and labeling pieces
- Time management is important in prioritizing workload
- Receiving and processing installer returns and adjustments using problem solving skills and best judgment
- Attention to detail
- Provides quality control for materials within the production process
Requirements:
- Full-time first shift availability
- Must be 18 Years of Age, self-motivated, punctual, able to provide a reliable work history.
- Able to work independently with little supervision. Safely following all OSHA guidelines and safety procedures. Completes necessary work in a noisy, wet and humid environment.
- Able to stand for duration of the day in a busy, noisy and dusty environment, properly bend, twist, reach, lift and move 60lbs + with or without reasonable accommodations.
